SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines (USPS – Domestic Only)
Most customers choose USPS for the lowest rates. If you’re ordering STACCS as a holiday gift, please place your order before the recommended USPS deadlines:
- USPS Ground Advantage: Order by December 16
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Order by December 19
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days, but holiday carrier delays are common. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, so ordering early is the best way to ensure gifts arrive on time.
Multiple Shipments
Some items in your order may arrive separately:
- Playmats ship on their own because they require a protective tube that cannot be combined with DECCS.
- T-Shirts are produced and shipped by a fulfillment partner. They ship separately from all STICCY-fulfilled items (DECCS, playmats, stickers, etc.).
You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery timelines after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Important: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season (November–January), when carrier delays are common.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Item weight
- Destination
- Selected carrier
- Number of shipments required
(Some items, like playmats and partner-fulfilled products, have separate shipping charges.)
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address, email staccary@sticcy.cc immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once we hand your package to the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package:
- Check your mailbox
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly
If you still need help, email staccary@sticcy.cc and we’ll assist where possible.
Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays, errors, or theft after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email staccary@sticcy.cc within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
Opened or played-with DECCS cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used DECCS
- Final sale items
- Partner-fulfilled T-Shirts
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Timing:
- 3–5 business days for us to process the return
- Up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
